ALL Operations and Communications Employees:
This email is to allow you to set up your remote phone access in TeleStaff (see attached Quick Reference Guide).
Remote phone access is used to: listen to and select PT/OT offers, hear daily station shift assignments for PT and Swing Paramedics, confirm your future scheduled shifts.
To set up your new phone password you will need to log in to Telestaff (remotely if you have registered through the self-service portal, or from a City of Toronto computer)
1. Your default phone login password is set as 1 2 3 4.
2. You can change your phone password by logging into TeleStaff and go to My Info > Password > Phone Password, enter the current password.
3. Note, phone passwords must contain numbers only (no special characters or letters).
** The below diagram shows where you would change your phone password. Note: The Web Login Password boxes (see below) are NOT Active.
NOTE:
As an employee you can access the Kronos on a City of Toronto computer and through a non-City of Toronto computer. To do either you first must register through https://selfservice.toronto.ca . Once you have completed the registration process you can access Kronos from a non-City computer through that same portal at: https://selfservice.toronto.ca or from a City of Toronto computer at:https://ts.toronto.ca for TeleStaff using the credentials you established.
