Administrative Staffing Announcements

I am pleased to announce the following changes among our executive support and administrative staff.

Christine Shepherdson has accepted the temporary assignment of Support Assistant A in the Professional Standards Unit (PSU). Christine joined Toronto Paramedic Services in 2021 as the Administrative Assistant to the Deputy Chief, Communications. She became full time with the City of Toronto in 2017 where she worked in the Planning and Administrative Tribunal Law Section of the city’s Legal Services Division. Prior to joining the City, Christine worked for the Ministry of the Attorney General in the Criminal Law Division.

Christine brings a host of excellent administrative, legal, computer and communications skills to PSU. When not at work Christine is an avid swimmer and enjoys being outdoors.

Theodora Ioannidis is the successful candidate from the expression of interest for the temporary assignment of Administrative Assistant to the Deputy Chief, Communications, effective March 22, 2023.

Theodora joined Toronto Paramedic Services in 2016 as a Support Assistant C in the Administrative Services section at Headquarters, performing the role of Courier for the Division. Theodora progressed to the role of Support Assistant C in the Service District Offices and has supported various Districts. In March 2022, Theodora joined our Divisional Payroll section.

Always exploring new challenges, Theodora is very much looking forward to the new role of Administrative Assistant. She brings strong administrative skills and a comprehensive knowledge of District Operations. Outside of work, Theodora enjoys long walks, listening to music, and traveling.
