Staffing Announcement – A/Superintendent, Public Information and Media

It is my pleasure to announce that Paul Roberts was successful in the recent Expression of Interest for the position of Acting Superintendent, Public Information and Media.

Paul began his career as a Primary Care Paramedic with Toronto Paramedic Services in 2009. He worked in several roles, including Field Training Officer, PCP Response Paramedic, and Recruitment before joining the Operations leadership team in 2017 as an Acting Superintendent.  Paul was part of the C.A.S.E. team in 2019 where he helped plan, organize, and operationalize Paramedic Services’ participation in the City’s major signature events including Taste of the Danforth, Honda Indy, and the Caribbean Carnival. Since 2019, he has held both Paramedic and Supervisory positions in Community Paramedicine.

Paul also brings corporate communications experience, and media training to his new role where he will help positively promote Toronto Paramedic Services to the public and build our social media presence.
