I am pleased to announce that Victoria Koo is the successful candidate for the recent Payroll Program Assistant 1 (PPA1) Expression of Interest opportunity, effective June 12, 2024.

Victoria began her career with the City of Toronto in 2021, working on the COVID-19 response team at Toronto Public Health. She then joined Toronto Paramedic Services as a Payroll Program Assistant 2 in 2023.

 Before joining the City of Toronto, Victoria worked in the Hospitality and Tourism industry, in areas including Front Desk, Reservations, Food and Beverage, Call Center, and Hotel Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management. She also has experience being a Learning Coach and Subject Matter Expert at a Five Star Luxury Property.

 Victoria holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Toronto Metropolitan University and a Hotel Management Diploma from George Brown College.
