Please be advised that a solution for the Kronos software problem regarding the selection option of cash or lieu time at the Kronos InTouch Clock has been resolved, tested and implemented. Staff will once again have the option of selecting cash or lieu time at the clock.

As requested, this upgrade will expedite the book on process by allowing paramedics to manually enter the 3-digit vehicle number instead of scrolling through a list of numbers.

The new Kronos Icon push to all Divisional computers will occur this Saturday, and Sunday (Sep 30 Oct 1) evenings between 21:00hrs – 22:00hrs.
Users are advised not to use Kronos or Telestaff on a City computer during these times to allow for the Icon push to take effect. Most computers will be captured during the initial push on Friday, however 2nd and 3rdattempts (Sat, Sun) will be made to ensure no computers have been missed.
All Divisional laptops should be networked and powered on during the dates and times listed above to ensure they are captured.
There are no expected changes to the City of Toronto self-service portal at this time.

With recent changes to Fire Fox and Internet Explorer, the Division will be updating the desktop Icons and names for both Work Force Central (WFC) and TeleStaff (TS). WFC will now open to Internet Explorer and TS will open to Fire Fox.
These new Icons will be pushed to Divisional computers over the next two days.
Office computers, including CACC, will receive TS and WFC. Access is via Novel name and Password.
Station computers, kiosk, will have TS available. Access is via City of Toronto Self-service portal employee number and password.
