I am pleased to announce that Shauna Ross is the successful candidate for the Support Assistant B position in Professional Standards, effective April 3, 2024.

Shauna joined the City of Toronto in 2010 as a lifeguard and swim instructor with the Parks, Forestry & Recreation division. In 2020, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, Shauna was assigned to Toronto Public Health (TPH). During her time with TPH, Shauna supported the Data Management Team, which was responsible for tracing and monitoring the health status of the population.

Shauna began her career with Toronto Paramedic Services in 2021 as a Support

Assistant C, providing support to the Operations District Offices.

With effective communication skills, an administrative background, and a thorough understanding of District Operations, Shauna is a strong addition to the Professional Standards Unit.
