Influenza Vaccinations For Staff

Beginning on Monday, November 2, 2020, influenza vaccinations will be available for staff and their immediate family members (age 5+) at the TPS COVID-19 drive-through testing centres. Vaccinations will be available during the testing centres’ regular hours of operation (08:30-15:30). Please note that anyone requesting a COVID-19 test will not be eligible to receive their influenza vaccination during the same visit. Each person requesting an influenza vaccination is required to:

  • Complete a consent form prior to arrival (copies will be available on-site if you do not have a printer);
  • Wear a face mask covering their nose and mouth;
  • Remain in their vehicle; and
  • Remain on-site 10-15 minutes after the influenza vaccination is administered.

Children under 9 years of age who have not previously been vaccinated for influenza will require a second vaccination a minimum of 4 weeks later. Children 9 years of age and older only require a single vaccination, regardless of vaccination history.
